A message of Support from Seiko Noda
Former Representative Director of the Shogaisha Jiritsu Suishin Kikou Association

Paralym Art” is working for the social inclusion and the financial independence, in short the self-reliance, of people with disabilities as the core of its operations. This ideal has resonated with me greatly, and I have assumed the role of the representative director of the Shogaisha Jiritsu Suishin Kikou Association*. Resigned on August 2017 after being appointed interior minister of Japan.
“The Paralym Art World Cup” is a truly meaningful event where people with disabilities from around the world take the center stage. I hope that this contest would become an opportunity for all people regardless of gender/race/age/disabilities, to successfully advance through society.

What is

Creating a world
where disabled people make their
dreams come true with their art.

Paralym Art is an initiative where we work together with disabled artists as a team. We aim to create a sustainable system that promotes the social integration and the financial independence of people with disabilities through the continuous support of companies and individuals instead of welfare.
We provide compensation to our artists by having various companies use artworks painted by disabled artists through licensing, art competitions, and exhibitions of their artworks.
